FI: Cafe Metsäpaahtimo sijaitsee meren rannalla Helsingin Lapinlahdessa, Venetsia rakennukseksi nimetyssä kiinteistössä. Venetsia rakennus sijaitsee vanhan mielisairaalan eli ”päärakennuksen” takana.
Cafe Metsäpaahtimo haluaa olla luomassa uutta kahvilaluksus-käsitystä, jossa pääosassa ovat asiakkaita palvelevat taitavat käsityöläiset, korkealaatuisimmat pientuottajat sekä puhtaat ja eettisesti tuotetut raaka-aineet. Täten myös Luomu raaka-aineista valmistettuja tuotteita on tarjonnassa.
SV: Cafe Metsäpaahtimo kafé ligger vid havet i Lapinlahti, Helsingfors, i en fastighet betecknad som Venetsia-byggnaden. "Venetsia"-byggnaden mindre rött kakelbyggnad och den ligger bakom det gamla mentalsjukhuset bakom den stora gula "huvudbyggnaden".
Kafeet vill skapa ett nytt koncept av lyxkafé, där skickliga hantverkare betjänar dig. Lokala småproducenters produkter och rena och etiskt framställda råvaror används i kafeets produkter och det spelar en ledande roll. Därför erbjuder vi även produkter tillverkade av ekologiska råvaror.
EN: Cafe Metsäpaahtimo is located by the sea in Lapinlahti, Helsinki, in a property designated as the Venetsia building. The "Venetsia" building smaller red tile building and it is located behind the old mental hospital behind the big yellow "main building".
The café wants to be creating a new concept of luxury coffee shop, where skilled craftsmen serving you, the highest quality. Local small producers product and clean and ethically produced raw materials are used in their products and it is playing a leading role. Therefore, the café also offers products made from organic raw materials.
