Bistro Ego on mutkaton viihtymispaikka kaikille hyvän ruuan, juoman, seuran ja tarinoiden ystäville. Ravintola, jossa sinua odotetaan aina.
Ravintola rakastaa lempiruokien klassikoita ja luo uusia suosikkiherkkuja. Ravintolan keittiöpäällikkö Kalle Tanner on kuulu kauniista – ja niin herkullisista! – annoksistaan.
Ravintolalle on alusta saakka ollut tärkeää vastuullisuus kaikissa valinnoissa. Kun Ego perustettiin vuonna 2021, halusi ravintola käyttää ainoastaan kierrätettäviä kalusteita, valaisimia, astioita ja aterimia.
Ruoanlaitossa suositaan laadukkaita lähituotettuja raaka-aineita, joita prosessoidaan mahdollisimman vähän. Porkkanoista ei tehdä palloja vain ulkonäön vuoksi, vaan hyödynnetään upeat raaka-aineet kokonaan. Käytetään energiaa säästäviä keittiölaitteita ja pyritään minimoimaan hävikin. Mietitään valintoja ympäristön kannalta ja taistellaan kertakäyttökulttuuria vastaan – ihan joka päivä. Ravintolassa voit siis nauttia niin ruoasta kuin tunnelmasta hyvillä mielin.
Myös omat juhlat ravintolassa onnistuvat. Tiiliholvattu alakerta omine viinikellareineen ja baareineen sekä yläkerran valoisat salit ovat valmiina iloisia juhlahetkiä varten.
