FI: Bistro Bryk on mutkaton kortteliravintola Arabian tehtaan kivijalassa. Asiakaspaikkoja on sisällä ravintolassa 90 ja aurinkoisella terassilla 40. Ravintolan taustalla taiteilevat Juho Kainulainen, Jerry Hartman ja Sami Karranto, joilla on yhdessä vankka kokemus ravintolatoiminnasta sekä Suomessa että ulkomailla.
Vanhan Arabian tehtaan hengessä Brykissä arvostetaan käsityöläisyyttä ja ennakkoluulotonta kokeilua. Avokeittiössä porisevat sulassa sovussa Välimeren rantabaarien, Aasian katukeittiöiden ja pohjoisen luonnon puhtaat maut. Ruoka valmistetaan alusta alkaen itse ja raaka-aineet valitaan sesongin mukaan. Lounasmenu vaihtuu viikottain ja myös illallismenu vaihtuu usein. Chef’s tablen äärellä pääsee seuraamaan aikamoista astiataidetta, illan kokkia työssään.
Illallisen lisäksi Brykissä tarjoillaan lounasta lautasannoksina ja sunnuntaibrunssin naapurusto on jo ottanut omakseen. Kortteliravintolaan saa poiketa ohikulkiessaan pikaiselle lasilliselle tai vain tapaamaan tuttuja, viikon jokaisena päivänä.

Såsom Arabias fabrik uppskattar man i Bistro Bryk hantverksamhet och försök utan fördomar. Rätterna har fått inspiration från Medelahavsområdet, Asiens gatukök och nordiska smaker. Rätterna tillreds enligt säsongens råvaror och både lunch- och middagsmenyn förnyas ofta. Vid Chef’s table -bordet kan man följa med hur maträtterna tillreds på nära håll.
Förutom middag serverar Bryk lunch som tallriksportioner. Restaurangen bjuder på söndagsbrunsch.
EN: Bistro Bryk is a neighbourhood restaurant in Arabia area on Hämeentie 135A. The restaurant has 90 customer seats indoors and 40 customer seats on the outdoor terrace. The food has been inspired from European and Asian cuisines with a mix of Nordic flavours. The dishes are all made from scratch with seasonal ingredients. At the Chef's table it is possible to have a unique dining experience. Both lunch and dinner menus change frequently.
