BangBang BBQ:n menu on täynnä ihania klassikoita kausiajattelulla höystettynä. Hitaasti kypsennetyt brisketit ja ribsit saavat seurakseen mm. savustettuja katkarapuja ja talon oman vegaanisen brisketin. Ruoat savustetaan aidolla Austin Smoke Works’in 500 gallonan offset savustimella ja kattoterassilla meillä pöhisee pari kappaletta erinomaisia Traegerin pellettigrillejä. Pihajuhlien tyyliin baarista saa mahtavia kannujuomia ja erinomaisia cocktaileja, kunnon viinejä ja oluita unohtamatta.
