FI: Amos Andersons Hem on henkilöhistoriallinen koti- ja taidemuseo, joka sijaitsee liikemies ja taiteentukija Amos Andersonin (1878–1961) entisessä koti- ja toimistorakennuksessa Yrjönkadulla Helsingissä.
Rakennuksen yläkerroksissa sijaitseva museo käsittää Amos Andersonin kodin neljä salia sekä kappelin urkuhuoneineen. Museossa on esillä sekä Andersonin oman kokoelman teoksia aina 1500-luvulta 1900-luvun alkuun, että myös myöhemmin hankittuja töitä.
Paikka tarjoaa oivan mahdollisuuden tutustua 1920-luvulla sisustettuun hohdokkaaseen porvariskotiin taidetta unohtamatta.
SV: Amos Andersons Hem är ett personhistoriskt hem- och konstmuseum beläget i affärsmannen och konstmecenaten Amos Andersons (1878–1961) tidigare hem- och kontorsbyggnad på Georgsgatan i Helsingfors.
Museet, som ligger i byggnadens femte våning, omfattar fyra salar samt det orgelförsedda kapellet en halv våning ovan. Museets utställning består både av konstverk som tillhört Amos Anderson, och har kompletterats med senare anskaffade målningar. Den omfattar både äldre europeisk konst från 1500 framåt och även finländska konstnärers verk från förra sekelskiftet.
Museet erbjuder en ypperlig möjlighet att bekanta sig med ett praktfullt 1920-tals borgarhem med all den konst som interiörerna erbjuder.
EN: Amos Andersons Hem is a home and art museum situated in the former apartment of the business man and patron of the arts Amos Anderson (1878–1961). The museum is located on Yrjönkatu in Helsinki.
The museum comprises four rooms on the fifth floor of the apartment as well as the chapel with the organ half a floor up. The museum exhibits art from Anderson's own collections, as well later acquired artworks. On display is a selection of older European art from the 16th century onwards, as well as Finnish art from the later half of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th century.
The museum offers an excellent opportunity to discover a magnificent 1920s bourgeois home, as well as the art collection where both Amos Anderson himself and the past Amos Anderson's Art Museum have left their marks. Amos Anderson's Art Museum evolved into Amos Rex and moved into its new premises beneath the ground in the nearby Lasipalatsi (Glass Palace) in 2018.
