Schnitzelit ovat Santpaulin juttu ja niitä saa possusta, vasikasta, kanasta, kalasta ja jopa vegaanisena. Schnitzelin kylkeen saa valikoida lisukkeet ja kastikkeet oman maun mukaan. Ravintola tarjoilee myös Flammkucheneita, ja herkuttelun päätteeksi voi nauttia vastapaistettuja juureen tehtyjä vohveleita.
Illanistujaisia varten Santpaulista löytyy 14 henkilön kabinetti.
