FI: Osteopaatin palvelut sekä voimavalmennusta Helsingin Metsälässä. Vastaanotto toimii Helsingin Metsälässä, urheiluvalmennuskeskus R5 Athletics and Healthin tiloissa. Suoraan etuoven edestä löytyy ilmaisia parkkipaikkoja, paikalle pääsee myös kätevästi julkisilla -> joko bussilla tai Käpylän juna-asemalta paikalle kävelee muutamassa minuutissa. Patrick hoitaa pitkällä kokemuksella erilaisia tuli- ja liikuntaelimistön vaivoja, kuten esim. selkä-, niska-, lonkka- ja polvikipuja. Sinut kohdataan yksilönä, tarkoitus löytää juurisyy tilanteellesi. Hoidossa käytetään erilaisia käsillä tehtäviä tekniikoita, harjoitusterapiaa sekä neuvontaa arkeen, jotta pystyisit itse pitämään vaivasi kurissa.
Patrick toimii myös voimavalmentajana -> hän voi auttaa sinut kohti kisamenestystä tai alkuun kuntosaliharrastuksesi kanssa. Asiakkaina on niin kuntoliikkujia kuin kilpailevia voimanostajia.
Patrick ottaa asiakkaita vastaan maanantaista perjantaihin 10.30 - 18.30 tai sovittuina aikoina.
EN: Osteopath and strength coach services located in Metsälä, Helsinki. Patrick works in the premises of a sports training center called R5 Athletics and Health. Directly in front of the main entrance there is free parking space and it's also really easy to get here with public transportation -> either by bus or by train. There's just a few minutes walk from the Käpylä train station. Patrick has a long experience of working with different kind of musculoskeletal pain, whether it be for example back, neck, hip or knee pain. He encounters you as an individual and the goal is to find the exact reason for your pain. He uses manual therapy, exercise and give you advice for your every day activities so that in the long run you could take care of your situation by yourself.
He also works as a strength coach. The clients vary from regular people who want to get fit to athletes that compete in powerlifting.
He works Monday to Friday from 10.30 am to 18.30 pm. It´s also possible to arrange appointment outside those times.
