FI: Robusto on Punavuoren Merikorttelissa sijaitseva kahden huippukokin à la carte -ravintola, joka vie suoraviivaisten, aitojen makujen harmoniaan. Kari “Kape” Aihisen ja Olli Kolun klassisesta gastronomiasta ponnistava ruoka tuo eri sesonkien maut lautaselle – pientä pilkettä silmäkulmassa unohtamatta.
Robusto ei rajoitu yhteen keittiöön vaan inspiroituu sesongista, eri maailman kolkista sekä hyvästä ruoasta ympäri maailmaa. Ravintola antaa tilaa niin pohjoismaisille juurille kuin kansainvälisille mauille Aasiasta Välimerelle. Listalta löydät vivahteita mm. Ranskasta, Espanjasta, Italiasta ja Japanista.
