FI: Humu'z & Döners on välimerellinen fuusio-ravintola, joka tarjoaa mm. kana-döneriä, naudanliha-döneriä ja vöneriä salaattibowlina tai pitana. Lisäksi ravintolan menussa on falefelia ja tuoreita salaattisekoituksia. Fuusioravintolan ideana on tuoda yhteen välimerelliset dipit, aasialaiset mausteseokset ja eurooppalaiset kastikkeet, jotka taas yhdistetään perinteiset yaprak-dönerlihan kanssa ja tarjotaan berliiniläiseen tyyliin pide-leivän kera. Ravintolan tarkoituksena on tuoda eri asiakasryhmille aitoa döneriä, joka on gluteenitonta, laktoositonta, vegaanista, kasvisruokavalioon soveltuvaa ja halalia.

På menyn finns dessutom falafels och färska salladsblandningar. Fusionsrestaurangen strävar efter att föra samman medelhavsdips, asiatiska kryddblandningar och europeiska såser som kombineras med yaprak dönerkött och serveras i Berlinsk stil med pidebröd.

The restaurant serves also falafel and fresh salad mixes. The restaurant aims to bring together Mediterranean dips, Asian spice mixes and European sauces, which are mixed together with traditional yaprak döner meat and served in Berlin style with pide bread. The restaurant aims to bring real döner meat to different customer groups; the döner meat is gluten-free, lactose-free, vegan, vegetarian and halal.
