Detailed description
FI: Vuonna 2003 kaksi ystävää perustivat ravintolan Helsingin Punavuoreen. Ravintolan tarina jatkuu uusissa tiloissa Ruoholahdessa.
Demon idea oli yksinkertainen, yhdistää ihmisiä ja tarjota mieleenpainuvia kokemuksia, sekä luoda rento ympäristö ja herkullisia makuja. Tämä filosofia on pysynyt vankkumattomana läpi vuosien.
Vuonna 2007 Demo sai tunnustuksen, kun sille myönnettiin Michelin-tähti, joka on säilynyt tähän päivään asti.
Lokakuussa 2024 Demo avattiin uusiin tiloihin Ruoholahteen. Tervetuloa kokemaan upea miljöö, tunnelma ja palvelu!

EN: In 2003, two friends came together to open a restaurant in downtown Helsinki. The idea was straight forward, offering memorable experiences and delicious food in a relaxed environment. This philosophy has remained true through the years, maintaining reliability.
In the year 2007 the restaurant's reputation surpassed itself and Demo was granted a Michelin Star which it has retained to this day.
In October 2024 Demo was reopened to a new location. Come explore the premises! The staff is excited to show you all that they can do and make your experience unforgettable.
