FI: Vuonna 1938 valmistuneen funktionalistisen tyylisen rakennuksen sunnittelivat arkkitehdit Yrjö Lindegren ja Toivo Jäntti. Olympialaiset järjestettiin Helsingissä vuonna 1952. Nykyään stadionilla järjestetään mm. kotimaisia ja kansainvälisiä urheilukilpailuja sekä ulkoilmakonsertteja. Olympiastadionin 72 metrinen korkea torni on erinomainen paikka ihailla Helsingin kaupunkimaisemaa.
Olympiastadionilla toimii myös ravintola Bistro Stadion sekä Urheilumuseo.
Olympiastadionin vierailijakeskussijaitsee tornin juuressa. Vierailijakeskuksessa voi istahtaa Isku Loungessa ja fiilistellä stadionin ainutlaatuista tunnelmaa.
Vierailijakeskuksesta tapahtuu käynti Olympiastadionin kokous- ja liikuntatiloihin, stadionin torniin ja Bistro Stadioniin. Myös opastetut stadionkierrokset lähtevät vierailijakeskuksesta.

På Olympiastadion anordnas idag inhemska och internationella idrottstävlingar samt friluftskonserter. Det 72 meter höga stadiontornet bjuder på en underbar utsikt över Helsingfors.
På Olympiastadion finns även restaurang Bistro Stadion samt Idrottsmuseet.
Stadions besökarcenter finns vid foten av Stadiontornet. I besökarcentret kan man fritt sätta sig ner i Isku Loungen och låta den unika stämningen sjunka in.
Via besökarcentret kommer man även till Stadions mötes- och motionslokaler, till Stadiontornet samt till restaurangen Bistro Stadion. Här börjar även de guidade turerna.

Today the Olympic Stadium hosts both national and international sporting events and outdoor concerts. The Stadium Tower is 72 meters (235 feet) high and at the top you can admire the urban landscape and central Helsinki.
The Finnish Sportsmuseum is also located at the Olympic Stadium as well as the Bistro Stadion restaurant.
The Stadium visitor centre is located at the foot of the tower. Take a break in the Isku Lounge and let the unique Stadium atmosphere sink in.
The Visitor Centre is also the entry to the Stadium meeting and exercise premises, the Stadium tower and to the Bistro Stadion restaurant. This is also where the guided tours of the Stadium start.
