FI: Oulunkylän puukirkko on rakennettu 1905 Evankeliumiyhdistyksen rukoushuoneeksi osittain oulunkyläläisin talkoovoimin. Kun Oulunkylän seurakunta vuonna 1919 perustettiin, rukoushuoneesta tehtiin väliaikainen kirkko. Seurakunta osti sen yhdistykseltä vuonna 1950. Kirkko palveli oulunkyläläisten pääkirkkona uuden kirkon valmistumiseen vuonna 1972 asti. Sen jälkeen tunnelmallinen puukirkko on ollut suosittu kaste- ja vihkikirkko.
SV: Åggelby gamla kyrka byggdes 1905 som Evangelieföreningens bönehus, delvis med Åggelbybornas talkoarbete. Då Åggelby församling grundades 1919 gjordes bönehuset om till en tillfällig kyrka. Församlingen köpte den från föreningen 1950. Kyrkan tjänade som huvudkyrka i Åggelby tills den nya kyrkan blev färdig 1972. Därefter har den stämningsfulla träkyrkan varit en populär dop- och vigselkyrka.
EN: The old church of Oulunkylä was built in 1905 as the house of prayer of the Evangelical Association, partly by volunteer Oulunkylä residents. When the Oulunkylä parish was founded in 1919, the house of prayer was turned into a temporary church. The parish bought it from the association in 1950. The church served as the main church of the parishioners until the new church was competed in 1972. Since then, the atmospheric wooden church has been a popular venue for baptisms and weddings.
