FI: Suvilahden kulttuurikeskus on ainutlaatuinen historiallinen miljöö aivan kehittyvän Kalasataman kaupunginosan vieressä.
Entisen sähkövoimalan ja kaasulaitoksen alueeseen kuuluu yhdeksän rakennusta, kaupungin maamerkeiksi muodostuneet kaksi kaasukelloa sekä 2,5 hehtaaria piha-aluetta. Alueen ovat ottaneet omakseen monenlaiset kulttuuritoimijat. Suvilahdessa vuokralaisia löytyy niin valokuvaajista panimobaariin kuin keikkapaikoista sirkuskouluihinkin.
Etenkin kesäisin Suvilahti täyttyy suurista yleisötapahtumista ja kaupunkikulttuuri- ja musiikkifestivaaleista.
Suvilahden lyhytaikaisesti vuokrattavia tapahtumatiloja käytetään usein keikkoihin, kuvauksiin, näyttelyihin, esityksiin ja yksityistilaisuuksiin.

Söderviks f.d. el- och gasverk omfattar nio byggnader, två stora gasklockor som blivit något av ett landmärke i staden och 2,5 hektar gårdsområde. Hyresgästerna varierar allt från författare till en bryggeripub och från ett graffitigalleri till nycirkus.
Speciellt på sommaren fylls Södervik av stora evenemang, stadskultur och musikfestivaler.
