FI: Hawkhill Oy on perheyritys ja uudistavan matkailun edelläkävijä Suomessa. Nuuksion kansallispuiston sydämessä sijaitseva kokous- ja lomakohde tarjoaa kahdeksan korkeatasoista järvenrantahuvilaa, Metsälounge-kokoustilan, luontoelämyksiä sekä herkullista lähiruokaa Metsäravintola Wild Nuuksiossa.
Kaikissa huviloissa on oma yksityinen piha-alue, ranta ja soutuvene. Huvilat majoittavat 4–10 henkeä, ja koko resortin majoituskapasiteetti on 52 henkilöä.
Huvilat on sisustettu laadukkaasti suomalaista designeä hyödyntäen sekä kiertotalousajattelun periaatteita noudattaen. Huvila-alueen pihasta lähtevät yksityiset merkityt polut, joilla vieraat voivat nauttia luonnon rauhasta, marjastuksesta ja sienestyksestä. Kesäaikaan metsään avataan myös paikallisten taiteilijoiden toteuttama taidepolku.
Hawkhill Resort on yksityinen tapahtumien ja kokousten kohde, jossa luonnon keskellä voi luoda uutta ja kehittää vanhaa. Metsälounge on ainutlaatuinen kokoustila jylhän kuusimetsän ympäröimänä, ja se soveltuu enintään 25 hengen kokouksiin. Suurimpia huviloitamme käytetään myös kokouskäyttöön, ja niissä voidaan järjestää 6–20 hengen yksityisiä kokoustilaisuuksia.
Metsäravintola Wild tarjoaa satokauden parhaat maut suoraan lähipelloilta ja metsästä.
The Wild -metsäravintolan keittiötä johtaa Chef de Cuisine Jouni Ukkonen. Hawkhill Resortin toiminnan juuret ovat syvällä suomalaisessa perinteessä ja luonnonläheisessä ajattelussa.
Tätä periaatetta Hawkhill Resort haluaa vaalia myös ravintolatoiminnassaan.
Jounin vuosien kokemus kotimaisista huippukeittiöistä sekä rakkaus pelkistettyihin puhtaisiin ja rehellisiin makuihin näkyvät jokaisessa annoksessa.
Hawkhill Resortin tavoitteena on tarjota unohtumattomia elämyksiä luonnon ehdoilla – nyt ja tuleville sukupolville.
SV: Spendera en perfekt semester i en högklassig stockstuga invid en sjö, omringad av Noux nationalpark. Alla Hawkhill Resorts stugor har egen gårdsplan, strand och ro. Bada bastu, ta en tur med roddbåten eller njut av skogspromenader. Stugor kan hyras för minst två nätter, ett veckoslut eller en vecka.
Även företagsevenemang och möten kan arrangeras, tillsammans med catering och aktiviteter i naturen.
