FI: Baskeri & Basso – eli tuttavallisemmin BasBas – on tunnelmallinen bistro Tehtaankadulla. Se on imenyt vaikutteita Pariisin kodikkaista kortteliravintoloista, San Franciscon rennoista kuppiloista ja Italian maaseudun pienistä osterioista.
Pääruokakokoisten annosten sijaan listalla on yksinkertaisia, raaka-ainelähtöisiä bistroannoksia. Koska Baskeri & Bassossa tehdään ruokaa päivän parhaista raaka-aineista, melko tiuhaan vaihtuva ruokalista löytyy vain bistron liitutaululta. Suositusmenu sisältää kaksi alkuruokaa, välipastan tai -risoton sekä pienen lämpimän ruoan, jotka voi valita listalta vapaasti oman maun mukaan.
Tunnelmallisen bistron viinikaapista löytyy luonnonmukaisesti tehtyjä huippuviinejä sekä kiinnostava naturalviinien valikoima. Keittiö on auki bistron sulkemisaikaan asti.
