Emon ruokalista elää sesonkien mukaisesti, kotimaisia sekä pohjoismaisia pientuottajia kunnioittaen. Menu suunnitellaan aina vuodenaikaa ja sen makuja seuraten. Emo suhtautuu intohimoisesti myös viiniin sekä alkoholittomaan ruoan ja juoman yhdistämiseen. Viini- ja cocktaillistat pysyvät maailman trendien tasalla, ja ravintola tarjoaa myös omia suosikkeja, joista itsekin nauttii.
