FI: Natura on vuonna 2016 David Albertin perustama ravintola, jossa tinkimätön laatu ja rento illanvietto kulkevat käsi kädessä. Davidin ammattitaito pohjautuu kokemukseen yhden, kahden ja kolmen Michelin tähden-ravintoloissa Suomessa, Ranskassa, Englannissa ja Hollannissa.
Naturassa ruoka valmistetaan korkeatasoisista raaka-aineista asiakkaan läheisyydessä avokeittiössä.
Valittavissa on kolme menukokonaisuutta ja annoksia voi tilata myös yksittäin päivittäin vaihtuvalta ruokalistalta. Keittiömme kulmakiviä ovat selkeät ja puhtaat maut, joita luodaan modernilla otteella käyttäen tekniikoita puuhiiligrillauksesta, matalalämpökypsennykseen.
Liha hankitaan ainoastaan tiloilta, jotka tunnetaan henkilökohtaisesti. Näillä maatiloilla eläinten elinolot ja ruokavalio ovat parhaat mahdolliset. Käytetyt merenelävät ovat kestävän kehityksen mukaisia lajeja. Suosimme aina kotimaisia pientuottajia ja luomua.
Suuren panoksen ruokaan antavatkin lukuisat sienten, marjojen ja villiyrttien kerääjät, kalastajat ja pientuottajat, joista osa toimittaa raaka-aineitaan ainoastaan Naturaan.
Vuodesta 2022 lähtien maailman arvostetuin ravintolaopas Michelin Guide on myöntänyt Naturalle Vihreän Tähden (Green Star) tunnustuksena kestävästä ravintolatoiminnastaan.
Vuonna 2021 ja 2022 360°EAT GUIDE valitsi Naturan julkaisussaan parhaimpien pohjoismaisten ravintoloiden joukkoon..
SV: Natura, grundad av unga ambitiösa proffs, är en restaurang där hög kvalitet och avslappnad stämning går hand i hand. Personalens erfarenhet härstammar från restauranger med en, två och tre Michelin-stjärnor i Finland, Frankrike, England, Spanien och Italien.
Naturas rätter tillverkas i ett öppet kök, av högklassiga, närproducerade råvaror bl.a. av småproducenter och ansvarsfullt verkande producenter. Beroende på årstid kommer även endel råvaror från restaurangens egna odling strax utanför Helsingfors. På den säsongvis växlande menyn finns enskilda rätter samt tre menyhelheter att välja bland.
EN: Natura is a casual restaurant accessible to all, serving food made from high-quality ingredients – a place where Finnish nature blends with the surrounding city of Helsinki, where modern dishes are served with a smile and cooked in an open kitchen by our passionate staff in a relaxed atmosphere.
The food is local, organic, and super fresh, sourced from Finnish and Scandinavian small producers with the main focus on Finnish game, vegetables, and sustainable seafood.
In summer, a large proportion of our vegetables and herbs comes from Natura´s own farm in Helsinki.
Wild herbs and berries are foraged within 50 km from the restaurant. The farmed meat comes from small, family-run businesses that they have personally visited and that share our respect and passion for the industry.
Fermenting, pickling, charcoal grilling, salting, hot and cold smoking with David's innovative and personal touch constitutes the backbone of our cooking. David draws inspiration from Finnish nature, the surrounding city of Helsinki and his travels around the world, combined with his knowledge and experience gained from working at Michelin one-, two- and three-star restaurants.
In 2022, the world's most prestigious restaurant guide, the Michelin Guide, awarded Natura The MICHELIN Green Star, highlighting restaurants at the forefront of the industry regarding their sustainable practices.
In 2021 and 2022, Natura was chosen among a few top restaurants in the Nordics by 360°EAT GUIDE. In its publication, the restaurants are ranked by sustainability and gastronomy.
