Edvinin sydämenä hohkaa aito italialainen Stefano Ferraran kiviuuni, jonka avotulessa kypsyvät reunoiltaan kuohkeat, käsintehdyt pizzat. Pizzoihin käytetään ensiluokkaisia kotimaisia ja italialaisia raaka-aineita, jotka kumartavat napolilaisen pizzan perinteille. Kesäisin vehreä puutarha palvelee terassiasiakkaita.
