FI: Kaupungin kattojen yllä Etelärannassa sijaitseva Palace on aina ollut suomalaisen gastronomian edelläkävijä. Ravintola valmistui Helsingin olympialaisiin vuonna 1952, ja se oli Suomen ensimmäinen Michelin-tähdellä palkittu ravintola vuonna 1987. Tätä nykyä Palacen keittiötä johtaa keittiöpäällikkö Eero Vottonen, jonka tavoitteena on tarjota vierailleen hienostunut mutta yllätyksellinen pohjoismainen ravintolaelämys.
Ravintolalla on kaksi Michelin tähteä.
SV: Restaurang Palace, som ligger högt ovanför taken i stan vid Södra kajen, har alltid varit en pionjär i finsk gastronomi. Restaurangen blev färdig inför Helsingfors Olympiad år 1952, och var den första finska restaurangen som fick en Michelin-stjärna år 1987. Idag leds Palaces kök av köksmästare Eero Vottonen, som tillsammans med sitt team strävar till att erbjuda gästerna en elegant, men samtidigt överraskande, nordisk restaurangupplevelse.
Restaurangen har två Michelin-stjärnor.
EN: Established in 1952, Palace has always been a pioneer of Finnish gastronomy. It was the first Finnish restaurant to receive a Michelin star in 1987. With views over the city and its seascape, the restaurant is located on the 10th floor of a historically significant building that was originally constructed to mark the 1952 Olympic Games in Helsinki. Today, the Palace kitchen is headed by Chef Eero Vottonen who, together with his team, aims to create an innovative yet sophisticated Nordic dining experience.
The restaurant has achieved two Michelin-stars.
