FI: Teehuone Tokuyûanissa opiskellaan japanilaista teetaidetta eli chadôa, jota harjoitetaan perinteisten muotojen mukaisissa teetilaisuuksissa. Avoimissa ovissa pääsee tutustumaan toimintaan ja seuraamaan teeharjoituksia sekä maistamaan teetä. Suomenlinnan teehuone on yhdistelmä perinteistä japanilaista puurakennetta ja kaariholvattua merilinnoitusta. Tilaan on rakennettu chadōn opiskeluun parhaiten soveltuva kahdeksan tatamin kokoinen teehuone (hiroma). Siihen liittyy kiinteästi valmistelutila eli perinteinen mizuya- teekeittiö sekä nykyaikaisesti varustettu pieni moderni keittiö. Kasematissa on myös japanilaistyyppinen eteistila genkan sekä parin tatamin kokoinen pienempi teehuone (koma).
SV: Tehuset Tokuyûan är en plats där japansk tekonst, eller chadô, studeras, vilket utövas i traditionella teceremonier. Under öppet hus kan du bekanta dig med aktiviteterna och observera teövningar, samt smaka te. Sveaborgs tehus är en kombination av en traditionell japansk trästruktur och en välvd havsfästning. I lokalen har byggts ett terum (hiroma) i åtta tatami-storlek, vilket är bäst lämpat för att studera chadō. Det är nära anslutet till ett förberedelserum, eller traditionellt mizuya-tekök, och ett litet, modernt kök med modern utrustning. Kasematten har också en entréhall i japansk stil, genkan, och ett mindre terum (koma) i storlek med ett par tatami-mattor.
EN: Teahouse Tokuyûan is a place where Japanese tea art, or chadô, is studied. Chadô is practiced in traditional tea ceremonies. During the open doors, you can get to know the activities and observe tea exercises, as well as taste tea. The Suomenlinna teahouse is a combination of a traditional Japanese wooden structure and an arched shapes of the sea fortress. An eight-tatami-sized tea room (hiroma), which is best suited for studying chadō, has been built in the space. It is closely connected to a preparation room, or traditional mizuya tea kitchen, and a small, modern kitchen with modern equipment. The casemate also has a Japanese-style entrance hall, genkan, and a smaller tea room (koma) the size of a couple of tatami mats.
