The signature dishes are Hutieu (rice noodles soups with pork, pork heart, pork liver, quail egg and tiger prawn), and Banhtam (thick rice noodles, vegan pigskin, pickles, grilled pork shoulder, served with coconut cream and sweet fish sauce).
